design in china

Chenman, the Beijing chick is chic, bizarre, full of power, full of youth, and obvious talents that pushes her to be one of the best contemporary photographers in China. I've thought of talking about her for a long time but never got down to it seriously. I love her commercial work which is in great balance of noble art form and cheap poster and the often associated bold aphrodisia that's keeping pushing your limits. All this is from an early 20 something girl who started to take cover page photos for China's leading design and culture magazine Vision since university grade 2, now a mum and a reputable Chinese visual pioneer.
