weekend recap

2 months settling down in Glasgow, I've spun around hundreds of missions. This city starts to have its influence flinging on me. It gives me hope and sorrow. Nowadays the day becomes shorter. The night felt long, golden leaves on the ground.

I came back from the trip to Loch Lomond with my new best friends Celine and Pratik this weekend, the greatest weekend I've ever had since coming to Scotland. Loch Lomond is a beautiful highland lake 30 minutes away from the city. On the way we stoped by Dumbarton Castle, from where we could overlook the different part of Glasgow in a bit of nature. We got accomodated in an absolutely beautiful and mysterious castle where I thought I was ghost haunted. We woke up in the morning totally stunned by the breath-taking scenery. And the highland games kept us warm running around on the damp lawn. We were having muddy fun until the sun went down. To conclude the weekend, we had to thank the waiter boy from Chinese Buffet King and my new favourite band Sleepercurve playing in Box. All was so perfect because I deserved it from the crazy assignment working session. It is difficult to drag myself back to the study again and I know if ever I'd start burying myself in the books again, I'd start from munching at home-made French cakes from Celine's wonderful Mum.

Too much love. Too much love.
